1. Drink lots of water

Furthermore, the human body consist mainly of water and water is essential to many basic bodily functions like blood flow, absorbing nutrients, and much more. For these reasons, it is of utmost importance that you drink enough water every day. Get yourself 1liter bottles that you can fill every day and make sure you drink at the very least four of these bottles daily.
2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes
Some people go to the gym every day to get their daily fix of exercise, but others hardly get out of the house. For your body to stay mobile and fit, you need to do at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. It doesn’t matter whether you go to the gym and run the treadmill, do weights, dance, or just take a walk. As long as you get some exercise every day, your body will be happy and healthy. This tip counts no matter what age you are.
3. Get enough sleep
Getting enough sleep is very important for your body to rest after a long day of working, thinking, etc. Your body needs to have time to recuperate after your exercise and other daily activities. Sleep allows your body and mind to gather itself and prepare for the next day. The agreed required amount of sleep is 8 hours a night. Very few people actually get that these days due to extremely busy lifestyles.
